The Homes for Every Local Protector, Educator, and Responder Act will support the men and women serving our communities in law enforcement, education, EMT’s / paramedics, and full-time firefighters by giving them the ability to afford a home in those communities under a new FHA program.

By offering a more affordable mortgage through FHA with no down payment and no monthly mortgage insurance, the HELPER Act is a true bipartisan effort to enrich the lives of our local community servants.
